Wedding Design
We love creating beautiful weddings! When you hire us to handle your wedding design we focus on every visual element of your day. We handle the overall cohesive design for your wedding from a beautifully executed tablescape, to the font on your bar menu, and everything in between. Your stunning vision will come to life as we pull it all together on your wedding day.

Wedding Management
(aka day-of coordination)
We know the final months before your wedding are filled with uncertainty and excitement. Between your job responsibilities, final fittings, hair and makeup trials, friends and family coming into town, final payments, final guest counts, final vendor confirmations, timeline, venue layout, etiquette questions, it can feel nearly impossible to manage. But that’s where we come in!
A perfectly executed wedding day takes months of pre-planning. That’s why our wedding management services start two-months before your wedding day. This service begins with access to your personalized wedding planning portal to help you keep track of your contracts, calendar reminders, and much more. Within the last two months before your wedding, we’re on-site with you for your final venue walk through, we finalize your timeline and venue layouts, review vendor contracts, and coordinate details with your vendors. And we are on-site to coordinate your wedding rehearsal.
The day of your wedding should be enjoyable for not only you both, but also your family and friends. We are on-site to set up décor, act as the point person, and lightly guide you through the whole day. We are always the first one on-site and the last to leave.
Ultimately, we pull it all together with our professional expertise, with no final details missed.
Wedding Coaching
Our wedding coaching offers any couple (and/or their family) the opportunity to have a wedding guru at their fingertips. We will schedule a fun-filled power hour to discuss any questions you may have or offer our expertise and insight on any element of your wedding. An hour is enough time to put a timeline together, establish a color scheme, or discuss anything else that is keeping you up at night (wedding related, we aren’t therapists 😉). Our calls are scheduled via Calendly, with hassle-free, automatic booking with no need for contracting.
*Pro tip: Adding monthly check-in calls to your wedding management package is the perfect way to ensure you stay on track. Contracted clients receive discounted rates.
